Leeds Manufacturing is a partnership between Leeds Chamber of Commerce, Leeds City Council and manufacturing companies in the city. It aims to raise the profile of Leeds as one of the UK’s leading centres for manufacturing and promote the interests of manufacturing companies based in Leeds.

Ian Williams is the Executive Director of Business Representation and Policy and with Leeds, York & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He represents the Chamber on issues such as regulation and red tape, business crime, transport, property and continued economic development. Ian is deputy chair of the Leeds Economy and Skills Partnership and recently become a member of Yorkshire Forward’s Innovation and Science Council.

David Baggaley is the Marketing Manager within Leeds City Council’s business and enterprise service. His team is responsible for inward investment marketing and the promotion of Leeds as a business location. The team also leads on marketing some of the council’s major regeneration schemes including Holbeck Urban Village and Sharing the Success.
