Corrocoat Approvals Hat-Trick

Congratulations to Leeds-based Corrocoat on receiving two key industry product approvals and being well on the way to a third from organisations including The Ministry of Defence, Network Rail and The National Grid.
A range of Corrocoat products have been approved by the MOD and listed in Warpaint, a publication that offers advice and guidance on coatings for application to Royal Naval surface ships and submarines. And Network Rail has awarded an approval certificate for Leeds-manufactured Zipcoat, following rigorous independent tests.
Meanwhile, for The National Grid, a number of Corrocoat products have passed intensive laboratory trials to reach the final stage – field trials – where they will be used on large transmission towers.
Corrocoat sales and business development director Rob Cole comments:
“Defence, power generation markets form a significant part of our business and it is clear clients expect formal confirmation of product quality and suitability. We have built solid experience in these markets and this raft of new approvals will allow us to exploit further opportunities.”
